The Squatter Toilet

On a recent escapade to a few countries in one trip, I was simultaneously using nuphedragen to try to lose some weight beyond what I would by getting sick off the local food(some areas were super poor and I had a few things forced into my mouth that weren’t exactly sanitary)and my granola bar diet. But I was really glad when I realized for the first time that all the toilets in one country were squatters. If you’re not familiar with squatter toilet, they essentially dig a hole in the ground, and you get to squat and hold onto something hopefully so you don’t fall in if you’re not used to it and then do your business. I’ve heard some diet pills make you poop a lot, and that would’ve been a fairly miserable experience if I had to do a lot of it on the squatters, not that unsanitary food sources helped with that situation anyway. All in all, taking nuphedragen and traveling, I lost my goal weight and then some. I would definitely repeat the trip, because we had a number of invaluable personal experiences and our group was able to do some humbling service projects. But I don’t think I’ll ever combine that particular trip with a diet pill again, just because I realized it’s completely unnecessary to say the least.
